Once you have saved your project, you can find it in the sidebar where you can easily share it with collaborators.

Before using any Better Problems music, you will first need to obtain a license agreement from us. Each license agreement specifies the permitted term period as well as the permitted territories and media for your use of the music. If you use the music outside of the permitted boundaries of the license agreement or without a license agreement, then you will risk being in breach of the agreements made between us. If your desired usage changes after obtaining a license agreement, please contact us prior to proceeding with the new use in order to make the appropriate rights and payment arrangements.

The recordings and compositions offered by the Better Problems platform are sourced from Antfood entity productions. The license agreement(s) made between you and Better Problems provides indemnification protection for any claims arising from your permitted use of the music.

Performing rights are 'attached' to all of the music in our catalogue (our music is not 'royalty-free'), as is the case with the majority of high-quality music. The funding of most performing rights royalties is derived from the blanket licenses that the broadcaster of the music (the channel, station, platform, venue) have in place with the performing rights societies throughout the world. In most cases, musical performance rights are not a concern for a content creator because there is no direct financial impact. If you have a special circumstance where performance rights are a concern, just let us know and we can discuss how to best handle it during the price quote and license generation steps.
